Prince of Wales & Princess Royal at Port Brooks, 1787
Mark Myers the artist who painted the scene in 1945 thought they were entering the Historical location of Port Brooks but that was later thought to be the Klaskish on the North side of Brooks Peninsula. The view is of the Prince of Wales and Princess Royal entering the Nasparti Inlet South Brooks Peninsula in 1787.

In 2010 we came upon the very scene Mike Myers painted, as we also hugged the Western side of the Nasparti Inlet on South Brooks Peninsula.
